Terms of Service

Before you order, we identify the seller, billing currency and shipping origin. Mandatory consumer protections apply according to the transaction, not simply your nationality or the currency you choose. Business and resale orders may have separate agreed conditions, without excluding consumer protections where applicable.

Provide accurate account and order details, protect your login credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have legal capacity to purchase or the representation or permission required by applicable law. Minors' legal rights remain protected.

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful content, infringement or interference with our systems. We may restrict misuse, but this will not remove your rights concerning existing orders, refunds or support. Maintenance or outages do not cancel our obligations to you.

Product pages and quotes describe materials, sizes, quantities, finishes, prices and relevant use restrictions. Sticker performance, including water resistance and outdoor suitability, depends on the specifications of the product purchased. Any production tolerances must be explained before purchase; they do not excuse defects or a product that does not match the agreement.

Before checkout, you can review and correct your order. We show the total, billing currency, shipping costs, known taxes and charges, payment conditions, and production and delivery times. For international orders, we explain shipping origin and any import charges you may need to pay. Displayed currency conversions are estimates where identified as such.

We confirm receipt of your order promptly and provide order terms you can save. Quotes become binding through your express acceptance. Payments are handled through the options shown at checkout, including PayPal and, for eligible orders in Japan, PayPay. Advance payments are not automatically non-refundable.

We will not replace a contracted item or increase its price without your agreement. If an order is unavailable, delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us. We remain responsible for the remedies required by law and will not require you to accept indefinite delays or store credit instead of a legally due refund.

File requirements, included revisions and any design fees are stated before purchase. Where a digital proof is provided, check spelling, names, dimensions and layout carefully. Approval must be express; silence is not approval. Production starts once the requirements stated for your order are met. Changes after approval may affect price or timing, but require your agreement.

Approval does not waive cancellation rights or our responsibility for manufacturing defects, changes introduced after approval or failure to follow the agreed specifications.

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to reproduce submitted artwork, photos, logos and other content. You authorize us and the providers involved in your order to use that material only as needed to prepare, produce and deliver it. Ownership is not transferred. We may refuse unlawful or apparently infringing material and handle the order consequences according to law.

Uploading artwork does not authorize us to publish it in our portfolio, social media or advertising. Promotional use requires separate authorization. Rights in artwork we create, including editable files or exclusivity, are specified in the quote. Buying a printed item does not automatically transfer all design rights.

Email us with your order number, if available, and your request. You may also use the ordering tools where available or legally required. Do not send passwords or full card details. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate address without restricting your lawful methods of exercising rights.

Personalization or the start of production does not automatically remove cancellation, return or refund rights. Outside statutory rights, agreed commercial cancellation conditions may apply, but any charge must be lawful, proportionate and explained. We do not automatically retain the entire payment or replace a due refund with store credit without your agreement.

Where Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code applies, you may withdraw within seven days, counted from signing or receipt, as applicable. For online product purchases, we provide this right in relation to receipt, without requiring a defect. Customization or artwork approval does not automatically exclude it.

We acknowledge withdrawal requests immediately and arrange legally required refunds and return costs without charging you production or customization fees to defeat this right. You can exercise withdrawal through the same tool used to order, as well as other available channels.

Legal warranty rights remain separate. Claims for apparent defects generally have deadlines of 30 days for non-durable goods or services and 90 days for durable ones; for hidden defects, the period starts when the defect becomes apparent. Repairs, replacement, refunds or price reductions follow the applicable legal rules. We acknowledge electronic support requests immediately and respond within five days, without extending other legal deadlines.

Ordinary online sales do not have the general cooling-off right that applies to certain other sales methods. Any valid special change-of-mind return conditions must be disclosed before purchase and on the final confirmation screen.

If no valid special return condition applies, the statutory default allows covered goods to be returned within eight days, including the day of receipt, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Customization alone does not create an exception. Special return conditions cannot remove rights concerning defects, failure to match the contract, non-performance or other legal grounds.

Required seller and transaction disclosures are available in the site's commercial information section, including 特定商取引法に基づく表記 where applicable, and on relevant purchase screens. Cancellation charges and remedies must comply with Japanese law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Accepting these Terms does not provide blanket consent to marketing or promotional use of your content. Account closure does not erase outstanding refund or support obligations.

Our responsibility follows applicable law; these Terms do not impose a blanket liability exclusion or a universal limit equal to your order value. You remain free to contact consumer authorities or courts. We do not impose compulsory arbitration or an exclusive foreign court on consumers.

Updates apply to future purchases. Your existing order remains governed by the version and offer presented when you purchased. Different language versions must not be used to reduce your mandatory rights.
